This is a very specialized book by author Sean Snapp and I feel lucky to have found it as I am studying precisely this sort of material in school at the moment and was tasked with both finding some fresh information on the subject and being able to discuss the different supply planning methods in more detail. This is, hands down, the best guide to supply planning methods and reorder points planning that I have found and Snapp does a wonderful job of dissecting some of the most widely used software applications in the field. I am a visual person and there are some great graphics throughout that helped to illustrate his points about the different methods. A very useful reference for me and my colleagues.
