Nicely organized, follow First Aid

These cards have been very helpful in my Step 1 preparation. They really only cover the important pathogens, pretty much in line with what First Aid covers.
They're nicely organized, with a road map before each group - a card containing a flow chart with all the RNA viruses before the actual RNA virus cards, for example.
They have a clinical vignette on one side with a picture, usually an animation of what you would see on culture. Better description of the bug, associated disease(s), treatment, etc. on the back.
Overall I really like these.

Online QBank is poor quality, cards are decent.

The other reviewers covered the cards pretty well. I'd like to address the 70 question qbank included with the set.
The questions are poor quality. Some of them have more than one correct answer. They purport to be "board style" but many of them are "which statement is false" type questions, which are not used on the boards. Sometimes choices can be ruled out because they directly contradict something in the question stem.
The software is poor quality. In exam mode, you can only get feedback on the answer choice you selected. This is useless when the correct answer has the explanation and the incorrect one you selected only says "incorrect." It doesn't keep track of which questions you've seen, so expect repeats if you don't do it all in one 70 question block. You have to scroll through a tiny window to read the question and scroll through a second tiny window to read the feedback, which, again, is sometimes useless.
I used all my USMLEWorld micro questions and I was looking forward to supplementing them with these. It turned out to be a waste of time.

So, memorizing all those stuff from Micro can be pretty tough for some people- mainly, me! But these cards are SO high-yield, it's ridiculous. It also gives you the classic case on the other side of the card.
MUST HAVE!!!!! Really helped me pull up my grade in Micro and focus my attention for the Step 1
